We’re looking for a Project Manager within the Telecoms space to join our team. This will be for an initial 6-month contract based in Johannesburg.What you'll do:The project manager will be supporting the consumer prepaid channels businessYour Expertise:Understanding of core telecoms systems such as prepaid billing systems, formal and informal prepaid distribution, CVM, Digital and network infrastructureExperience with management of projects that include prepaid product positions, Sales enablement via various distribution and Channels, operational improvements, product launches and go to marketAbility to analyse data, customer behaviours, patterns and provide insights that lead to better initiatives and innovationMust have customer centric skills to understand customer insights, experiences and infuse them into project deliveryMust have financial and business acumen to manage project budgets, business cases, revenues and benefitsMust be able to operate in a high demanding, fast paced environment and be able to coordinate and drive projects across multiple systems with demanding stakeholdersMust be able to engage at executive level and lead various strategic forums required for deliveryMust have Telecoms Industry experienceThe Project Manager will produce (or manage the production of), support the approval of and (where appropriate) maintain the following:Agile Delivery MethodsProject Charter/Scope of WorkBusiness CaseStakeholder AnalysisCustomer Experience PlanBusiness Requirements Document and Specifications (Requirements Document Specification and Enhancement document)Partnership and Vendor Engagement Plan (Internal and External)Risk Management PlanChange Management PlanGo To MarketKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Implementation Roadmap and Project ScheduleCommunication PlanGovernance FrameworkPost-Implementation ReviewProject Management and Reporting ToolsLegal and Regulatory ComplianceTesting PlanIRSProject Risk RegisterProject Issue LogQuality and Continuous ImprovementDelivery StrategyProject OrganisationClosure PlanQualifications:Must have relevant IT/ Telecoms qualifications
