Northpoint Realty Group is seeking dynamic and driven Regional Sales Managers in Real Estate to lead and grow a team of Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Residential Real Estate Agents. Take control of your financial future with this is a unique dual role that allows you to operate as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker while also managing and expanding our regional market share. What We Offer:Profit Share: Earn between R 90,000 and R 270,000 per month based on your regional performanceDual Role: Continue operating as a Real Estate Agent at a 70% to 80% commission split while taking on the regional management and growth responsibilitiesInnovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking virtual real estate agency Key Objectives:A Deal CoordinationDrive the deal pipeline and manage attorney correspondenceMaintain and update attorney follow-up documentationPresent weekly reports at operational meetingsB Pace SetterEnsure team attendance at training sessionsTrack progress and assess KPIs, providing constructive feedbackKeep a finger on the pulse of the team, identifying strengths and areas for improvementC Relationship and Team BuildingCoordinate quarterly awards and recognition eventsFacilitate casual team-building sessions (e.g., "Nuts and Bolts" coffee meetings)Conduct at least one one-on-one review per month with each team memberD Driving Production and GCISet monthly, quarterly, and yearly production goalsMonitor regional progress and implement adjustments as necessaryE New Member OnboardingPartner with our onboarding Specialist and Oversee the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth transitionF ReportingPrepare and present regular performance reports Qualifications:Must be NQF 4 Qualified with a Valid FFCProven experience in real estate sales and managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to motivate and inspire a team Why Northpoint?At Northpoint Realty Group, we believe in empowering our agents to achieve their best while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
