**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
KEY OUTPUTS - Develop, Facilitate and track Regional Sales Execution strategies against regional business plans. - Ensure overall Trade Execution is aligned to the business strategy - Support provided to the Region to achieve business objectives - Manage Promotional activities - Manage Point of purchase/promotional material - Manage Market execution against standards - Manage New product launches - Design and implement Sports sponsorship initiatives - Manage external communications with regards to customers - Compile and issue analytical reports - Formulate and control sales execution expense budgets for the region - Develop Performance goals for the team - Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge - Marketing principles and activities - Product knowledge - Financial knowledge - Company policies and procedures - Business and commercial acumen - Sales and Marketing knowledge and experience Skills: - Application of functional knowledge areas - Sound Leadership - Good interpersonal skills - Structured communication ( written and verbal) Attributes/Attitudes: - Conceptualisation - Environnemental exposure - Big picture thinking - Calculations (Advanced) - Comparison - Evaluating - Assertiveness (Self-actualization) - Customer orientation Additional requirements - Analytical thinking - Negotiation skills

**Skills, Experience & Education**:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE - Minimum requirement - Relevant 3 year Marketing / Sales degree - Minimum 5 - 8 years Marketing / Sales experience at management level - Preferable FMCG experience
