Role Overview Join our Sales team based in South Africa, where you'll play a key role in promoting Paxton products and growing accounts across the business. Responsibilities You’ll engage with installers, end-users and consultants, building strong relationships to drive product demand. Collaborate with installers, end users and consultants via our distributors to expand our customer base and generate a demand for Paxton products. Engage in regular customer visits to grow customer relationships and support demand generation. Maintain our CRM database by keeping customer profiles and information up-to-date. Producing and recording meeting reports for all business meetings via our CRM database. Deliver commercial and installation training to distributors and installers where required. Pro-actively manage your Outlook calendar with a two-week call plan. Capture potential project opportunities with customers and record information appropriately. Build relationships across the business to identify and develop sales opportunities and utilise Paxton HQ resources. Collaborate with distributor sales teams and account managers to align on strategy and develop productive relationships. Maintain regular communication with your manager and proactively prepare for annual appraisals and quarterly reviews. Covering the Gauteng province region. Qualifications Ambition, a target driven mindset, and a strong motivation to succeed. Previous sales experience in a field-based role, ideally within Security or similar industry, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships. To be based in the Gauteng and able to commit to travel in and around the region. This is a great opportunity for a driven, ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and eager to double their commission.
