Process EngineeringAnalyze and redesign HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance management, training).Ensure process optimization and compliance with mining industry standards and labour regulations.Document workflows and process maps using BPMN or similar frameworks. Enterprise Architecture (L1L3)Define and maintain architecture principles and standards for HR systems.Develop conceptual (L1), logical (L2), and physical (L3) architecture models for Oracle HR solutions.Align architecture with organizational strategy and IT governance frameworks (TOGAF or similar). Business Analysis (L4) Gather and validate business requirements for HR systems and processes.Translate requirements into functional specifications for Oracle HR modules.Support testing, data migration, and user acceptance activities. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the bridge between HR leadership, IT teams, and Oracle implementation partners.Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
