Administrator (SHE) Operations

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Assist and support the Departmental Manager with Safety related Administration and other Safety Management Routines.
Preferred Requirements:
- Matric
- Basic SHE related qualification (Nebosch; Samtrac)
- Full competence in this position is typically reached within 1 year on the Job Training
Knowledge:
- Information Management
- Incident and Accident Investigation COIDA (Act), OHS Act (Basic))
- Company SHE Policies
- Procedures and Standards
- Using Information Technology - using software and information technology to accomplish ones work.
- Knowledge of availability of computerized SHE Management systems (eg SAFE T trans) , applications and outputs, quality control
