Duties & Responsibilities As an HR Intern, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling. Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with HR administrative tasks. Helping coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee wellness initiatives. Participating in HR projects and providing general support to the HR department. Desired Experience & Qualification We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: Holds a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field. Demonstrates the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation. Package & Remuneration Monthly Stipend: R7 000 R10 000 Type: Internship (Full-time) Location: Ottery, Cape Town Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
