The Intern will be working with the HR Team in the development and implementation of an integrated people management strategy for the organisation. **Key Perforrmance Areas**: - Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team in terms of performance management, learning and development and general HR administration functions - Research and document people management best practices, both locally and internationally - Support the recruitment and selection process at head office and country programme level - Support the Employee Relations function at Head Office - Coordinate adhoc HR projects as requested - Job Requirements**Qualifications and experience** - Relevant degree or post graduate qualification - Working knowledge of MS Office **Competencies required**: - Fluency in English essential - Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters in a professional and ethical manner - Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Planning and organising - Ability to work independently - Ability to take initiative - A passion for the m2m vision and values
