  • The Growth Marketing Team is responsible for creating innovative onboarding journeys for customers, managing activities across all stages of the customer experience and engaging with new audiences.
  • The purpose of a Growth Marketer role is to develop and execute strategies to rapidly increase the growth rate of our business and product. This typically means finding creative, out of the box ways to acquire new customers and increase revenue. You must also stay up to date on the latest trends and technology to ensure that your strategies remain relevant and successful. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing user trends, and identifying areas for improvement

What you'll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify high-value casino audiences and develop strategies for display and programmatic advertising.
  • Optimize ad placements across programmatic platforms to maximize deposits.
  • Leverage DSPs, RTB, and data-driven targeting for effective media buying.
  • Provide expertise in display advertising and programmatic best practices to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage marketing tools (retargeting, analytics, display, etc.).
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in programmatic advertising.
  • Work with teams to enhance product visibility through digital media buying.
  • Prevent duplication and maximize internal media resources.
  • Manage and optimize paid display and programmatic campaigns (Google Ads, Propeller, RichAds, Taboola, and other relevant platforms).
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize programmatic campaigns for better ROI.
  • Execute content marketing strategies tailored for display and programmatic channels.
  • Efficiently allocate programmatic advertising budgets.
  • Innovate in non-regulated regions through media buying strategies.
  • Utilize DSPs, RTB, and lookalike audiences for precise targeting.
  • Monitor trends and implement real-time programmatic strategies.
  • Optimize Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) techniques for display ads.
  • Drive Web3 marketing initiatives through programmatic channels.

  •  Essential skills you'll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • 3 years' experience in programmatic advertising, display media buying, or digital marketing.
  • Strong grasp of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and retention via programmatic channels.
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs, RTB, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and real-time trend monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize display campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media buying and data-driven strategies.
  • Creative and innovative approach to programmatic ad content.
  • Proven track record of pioneering new media buying strategies.

Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Experience in the iGaming or casino industry.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies and blockchain-based programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations in non-regulated markets.
  • Proficiency in scripting or automation tools for programmatic campaign optimization.
  • Experience with AI-driven programmatic marketing tools.
  • Strong network of contacts in digital advertising and media buying.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven programmatic environment.
