We're looking for someone who can build, optimise, and manage email flows and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for eCommerce brands. You should be comfortable working within Klaviyo, analysing data, and implementing strategies to improve email performance.

What You'll do:

  • Create and manage email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
  • Optimise email sequences for engagement and conversions
  • Segment audiences and personalise email strategies
  • Analyse performance metrics and make data-driven improvements
  • Work closely with our team to align email marketing with overall growth strategies

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with strong expertise in Klaviyo
  • Proven ability to create and execute high-converting email campaigns
  • Experience with list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and customer retention strategies
  • Bonus: Any design experience (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop) would be a huge plus
