Requirements

  • A valid Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification is mandatory to showcase proficiency in managing Azure resources and services.
  • A valid Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is required to demonstrate advanced knowledge of designing and implementing Azure solutions.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, with significant hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, including mailbox management, email routing, and security.

KPA's

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premises systems, including Hyper-V virtualization, Exchange Servers, and Active Directory.
  • Ensure seamless integration and communication between on-premises and cloud-based systems, enabling a cohesive and efficient hybrid environment.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures for Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory systems, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies for both cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure business continuity.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues across the Azure, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Active Directory environments promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest patches and updates, minimizing potential vulnerabilities and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in Azure workflows and on-premises systems, creating scripts or solutions to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures for easy reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams, addressing their IT-related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
