  • Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential
  • MUST be able to speak AFRIKAANS AND ENGLISH
  • Customer support and call Centre training will be an advantage
  • Financial qualifications/certificate preferred.
  • Superior Excel experience (Statements, VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables etc)
  • PASA certification or payment training will be an advantage
  • To provide operational support in: customer administration; extract of management information and compiling of reports and customer support
  • Assisting clients with queries and support
  • Assisting internal staff with queries and support
  • General administrative support
  • Onboarding merchants onto the necessary platforms
  • Create, update and maintain support processes
  • Compiling of management reports
  • Administrative support for applications and cancellations
  • Data capture and dissemination
  • Completion of relevant process checklists (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • External and internal training
  • Updating statistics and reports
  • To update the CRM system after every customer engagement
