  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or other any relevant field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Communications, Marketing, or a any related role, demonstrating successful communications asset creation campaign execution, audience engagement, and ideally, some digital fundraising experience
  • Professional experience in Web Development, Communications, Social media, and Digital Campaign Management
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva
  •  Good design and Project Management skills

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to develop comprehensive Digital Communications strategies aligned with the organization's goals and priorities
  • Create a dynamic, adaptable organizational content plan that spans various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns, highlighting the organization's impact, initiatives, and innovations
  • Work with the Senior Communications Manager to implement targeted digital engagement campaigns to reach specific audiences and drive desired outcomes, including country-level campaigns and fundraising
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of digital communication efforts
  • Support the planning and promotion of all events (including project events, webinars, and conferences) to showcase the organization's health expertise and foster knowledge exchange
