Key responsibilities - Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through technical input and documentation support.- Act as a liaison between technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure clear, timely communication of programme updates and client requirements.- Participate in regular programme meetings to maintain awareness of project developments and proactively support technical and commercial alignment.- Engage daily with the engineering and integration teams to gather updates, enhance technical knowledge, and provide real-time feedback to the Business Development function.- Assist in preparing and reviewing system costing documentation and commercial proposals using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.- Contribute to the drafting, proofreading, and reviewing of contracts, End User Certificates (EUCs), and other legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Coordinate and host client visits, including system demonstrations and facility tours, to support relationship management and business acquisition efforts.- Attend meetings with suppliers and external stakeholders alongside the Business Development and Engineering teams to provide technical support and capture key information.- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning to contribute to strategic decision-making.- Provide general support to senior executives on business development-related tasks as required.Qualification- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or equivalent)- Minimum of 85% Matric average (compulsory requirement)Experience- 05 years of experience in a technical, business development or client-facing role.
