The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and execution of our brand in retail environments. The Brand Sales Assistant will regularly visit stores, coordinate stand building, manage product ranges, conduct product training, and assist in stock control measures.f you have an understanding of the sales process and have a passion for customer service, building relationships, are personable and professional, enjoy visiting customers, are eager to learn more about power tools and accessories, have the ability to showcase our products compellingly, then this role is made for youSTORE VISITS:Regularly visit stores to assess the presentation and stock levels of our products.Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.Identify opportunities for brand promotion and visibility enhancement.STAND BUILDINGCoordinate and execute the construction of eye-catching stands in retail environments.Ensure brand standards are maintained in all visual merchandising efforts.Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling displays that attract customers.PRODUCT RANGES:Assist in managing and completing product ranges in stores.Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of products.Analyze store sales and inventory data to recommend adjustments in product offerings.PRODUCT TRAINING:Conduct product training sessions with customers and store staff to enhance product knowledge.Develop training materials and presentations in collaboration with the product development team.Gather feedback from training sessions to improve future training programs and product development.STOCK CONTROL:Assist in monitoring inventory levels and implementing stock control measures.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery to stores.Analyze stock movement reports to identify trends and address potential stock-related issues
