Currently, they are seeking a Sales Team Leader who is results-oriented to undertake the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Cultivating the sales team
  • Orchestrating sales activities
  • Implementing sales strategies
  • Providing training, guidance, and growth opportunities
  • Managing team KPI performance
  • Establishing and communicating individual goals and objectives, with regular feedback for performance improvement
  • Driving sales
  • Inspiring the team to achieve daily targets

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Clear ITC and criminal record
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in team management in a call center environment
  • Prior experience in debt review (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
