Client Management Administrator – CIS Administration

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing and authorization of business instructions.
- Maintain robust quality control and compliance with SLA deadlines.
- Prepare, check, and distribute recurring client and investor reports.
- Perform FICA and due diligence in line with company policies and legislation.
- Engage with investors and provide query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all financial sector regulations and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of financial sector administration experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
