Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is toattract, acquire and retain clientsby designing and delivering afinancial plan which services theirfinancial wellness needs in linewith the growth and engagementstrategy.RequirementsMatric requiredFAIS and advice accredited(preferably RE5 and COB3)Degree in Financial Planning,Business, Finance or Economics(required)Aspirations towards becoming aCertified Financial Planner (CFP)1-3 years sales experience in theinsurance industryIt will be required that you arequalified to provide advice undersupervision or independentlyDuties and Responsibilities Engage telephonically and digitallywith prospective clients in order tomanage their financial wellness.Participate in campaigns to up-sellto existing client base.Conduct client financial needsanalysis in order to create acustomised financial plan toachieve clients' financial goals.Engage with clients to highlight thefeatures and benefits of riskproducts based on their needs.Analyse clients financial statuses(e.g. income, expenses andliabilities) according to their lifeaspirations.Examine and suggest financialopportunities (e.g. insurance plans, financial aspirations.Develop sound plans and budgetsfor clients based on their needs.Establish a continuous relationshipwith client to provide a financialplan according to their changingneeds.Accurately capture clientinformation, relevant actions andsales on the systems.Accurately complete alladministrative and reportingrequirements within agreedtimeframes.Achieve set targets on production,quality and conversion.Adhere to compliancerequirements in the sales processin line with legislativerequirements.Provide financial advice in line withthe engagement strategy toenhance client's financial wellness.Deliver on service levelagreements made with clients andinternal and external stakeholdersin order to ensure that clientexpectations are managed.Provide authoritative, expertiseand advice to clients andstakeholdersInvestigate client queries withinthe agreed service level andensure that client receives timeousfeedback.Escalate client queries to therelevant department orstakeholders.Provide accurate information andadvice to clients and stakeholdersin order to ensure that the clientreceives the appropriate aftersales services.Provide authoritative, expertiseand advice to clients andstakeholders.
