Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrator to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is well-versed and has excellent organizational and communication skills, and can ensure a standard of excellence in all areas of operation.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Able to work on Sunday mornings (7:30-11:30), and on Saturday mornings when required.
  • Reside in or around Wendywood, Sandton (preferable)
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Media, IT, Business Administration, Management preferred.
  • 1-2 years work experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, Canva, Adobe, and Video editing.
  • Own laptop with wifi preferred.
  • Own vehicle, with drivers licence.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and quick thinker, with the ability to analyse complex issues and offer solutions.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to develop healthy relationships with people.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the church.
  • Manage all administrative and organisational functions of the church.
  • Create and maintain an organised filing system for records and documents.
  • Manage the churchs internal and external communications.
  • Manage the church building and maintenance, including taking stock of consumables.
  • Oversee the churchs events, programs, and services.
  • Manage stakeholder relations.
  • Manage the media component of the church, including zoom meetings, as well as the audio and video recordings and editing of our sermons.
  • Update the church website and other online platforms when needed.
