This role is ideal for someone who is either a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or actively working towards certification.Youll work directly with senior advisors, gaining exposure to high-net-worth individuals, companies, and trusts, with a focus on investment planning and long-term financial strategies. The role offers deep professional development and a potential path to international expansion in the future. Key Responsibilities Assist with goal-oriented, realistic financial planning for individuals, businesses, and trusts. Develop tailored investment, retirement, and estate strategies. Support senior advisors in delivering compliant, high-quality advice to clients. Stay informed on local and offshore markets, legislation, and products. Conduct research, prepare financial plans and reports, and assist with portfolio reviews. Participate in ongoing training, strategy sessions, and client meetings. Contribute to maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Minimum Qualifications & Skills CFP® certification or currently completing the CFP® qualification (required) Grade 12 (Matric) Wealth Management or similar qualification (minimum 120 credits, NQF Level 8) 13 years experience in a financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management role Strong understanding of the financial planning process and investment strategies Professional communication skills and a high level of client engagement ability Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and trusts is advantageous What We Offer Fixed salary of R30,000 per month Small commission structure and opportunity for performance-based bonuses Continuous training and mentorship Work with HNW individuals, companies, and trustsboth local and offshore Opportunities for career growth in South Africa and internationally Hybrid/Remote work options after full training and onboarding Supportive, professional, and fast-paced work environment
