REQUIREMENTSMatric, with relevant qualifications AdvantageousProven experience as an Events Operations ManagerProficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsBilingual in English and AfrikaansDetailed knowledge and experience of delivering outdoor major events in e.g. sport, music, or similar sectorsExcellent financial and commercial acumen DUTIESReport to the Managing Director and provide strong operational supportSetting up equipment for eventsGenerating quotesDealing with clients and arrange bookingsManaging warehouse stock and stock management systemsDevelop budgets and manage event planning from concept to completionPlan and execute all aspects of events and activations, ensuring high-quality deliveryManage budgets effectively, maintaining cost-efficiency without compromising standardsOversee on-site teams, logistics, and timelines to ensure smooth event executionServe as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partnersManage equipment and inventory, ensuring proper use and accountabilityCollaborate with technicians on installations and site setupsConduct site inspections and design optimal event layouts.Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain strong client relationships and act as the main contact for project developmentProduce post-event reports and drive continuous improvement across projects Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
