***About the Role**:
As an **Event Coordinator**, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Event Managers in delivering high-impact meetings, conferences, and incentives. You’ll assist in coordinating logistics, communicating with suppliers and delegates, processing data, and ensuring all event-related tasks run smoothly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in the events industry and gain hands-on experience in a high-performing team environment.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Event Managers in planning and delivering multiple events
- Assist in maintaining accurate event files, budgets, timelines, and systems
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and delegate data
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Help negotiate with suppliers to meet budget requirements
- Ensure on-time reporting, payments, and documentation
- Participate in training and contribute to team development

***What You’ll Need**:

- Demonstrated experience in customer service or coordination roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive, proactive mindset and desire to grow in the events space
- Willingness to work onsite at events when required

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of **MICE products/destinations**
- Experience using **Cvent** or **Wrike** project management tools
- Degree or coursework in **Event Management** (advantageous)
