My client  is looking for a brand-new Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to join their team

- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position?

- Matric?

- Tertiary qualification in this industry?

- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities?

- Excellent communication skills? (telephonically, written and in-person)

- Excellent ability to pay attention to detail?

- Precision and accuracy when completing your work?

- Team working spirit as well as the ability to work on your own?

 

Responsibilities 

  • Order Prepping, Booking, and Invoicing
  • Prepping and sending out orders with third party.
  • Reverse logistics, creating RMA’s.
  • Assisting with claims.
  • Logging upliftment.
  • Checking and comparing logistics and warehouse billing
  • Admin
  • Filing – E-filing & hard copies
  • Assisting with any admin tasks given
  • Tracking and tracing and following up on deliveries / POD’s on a daily / weekly basis – All customers
  • Assisting with delivery queries
  • Feedback and swift response to e-mails
  • Ensure logistics report is accurate
  • Check and collect required paperwork and information for processing
  • Liaising with suppliers where required
  • Working on special projects that come in from time to time and being a key member of both the planning and execution teams
  • To ensure collections are collected and delivered on time in line with SOP.
  • Administer: General Filling and electronic filling.
  • Over and above your duties, it is expected from you to assist other sections within supply

 

The position is based in DONKERHOEK, Pretoria.This is in the East of Pretoria close to Mamelodi.
