Job Summary:

The Office Courier Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of documents, packages, and materials within the office. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining effective communication and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pickup and Delivery: Safely collect and deliver items to various departments and external clients, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to guarantee punctual arrivals and departures.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs of transported items.
  • Communication: Liaise with departments to ensure timely delivery of critical documents and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service during pickups and deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and managing office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and company protocols while handling and transporting items.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a courier, administrative, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Necessary Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and tracking.
