  • Design, building, assembly and testing of weather stations (office-based system integration),
  • Interfacing weather station data loggers with various communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet, Modbus RTU RS485, Modbus TCP/IP, RS232),
  • Factory acceptance testing of weather stations,
  • Trouble shooting, fault finding, maintenance, fixing and refurbishment of equipment,
  • Monitoring, processing and reporting on data received from stations,
  • Create high quality project documentation like wiring diagrams, technical manuals and acceptance tests

Qualifications

Relevant qualification - National Diploma (or higher) in IT/ Computer/ Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
