- Reporting & Compliance:
- Produce high-level executive summaries and detailed monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with all building regulations.
- Consistently implement company policies and procedures.
- Development & Asset Management:
- Identify and initiate refurbishment and development opportunities.
- Facilitate property sales and acquisitions in line with asset management goals.
- Industry Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with key players in the property industry using CRM tools.
- Education: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in property management, financial management, and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
