    • Consistently implement company policies and procedures.
  • Development & Asset Management:

  • Industry Relationships:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the property industry using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
  • Education: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, financial management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
