A strong DataCapturer who can type min 45 wpm is needed in the Sales Arena. Analysis on sales orders, processing on SYSPRO, check stock availability, order status and customer account record.

Requirements
Must have

Matric with Maths
Min 2 years Data Capturing, type 45 w.p.m
Computer Literate - MS Office - Strong Excel and SYSPRO Exposure is needed
Strong communicator - verbal and written
Own car / Valid drivers - or reliable transport
Credit & Crim clear
Duties

Min 2 years - Datacapturing within a Sales arena
Analyse all sales orders received in order to prioritise orders to be captured
Ensure all orders are processed timeously into the system (SYSPRO)
Ensure all sales orders are captured accurately
Ensure that Customers are timeously notified of any changes to their orders
Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to follow up on stock availability, order status as well as customer accounts
