Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Understand market customer needs and business processes
- Create and implement strategic account plans
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts
- Work closely with marketing to effectively market and leverage the brand
- Customer visists will entail 70% of time at end users and 30% of time at dealers
Required Qualifications:
- Grade 12 qualification
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in key account management or related field
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of market customer needs and business processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and implement strategic plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proven track record in sales and ability to build relationship with customers
- Ability to train and communicate at all levels, including but not limited to company presentations, demostrations and product knowledge
- Strong financial acumen and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification in sales or account management
