Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our patients, many.

- Utilize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook email systems effectively.
Sales:
- Apply the SOTBOS model (Selling on the Benefits of Our Services) to engage potential patients.
