As a Telecoms Administrator your role will include:

  • Order Processing using our in-house CRM.
  • Processing contract forms for signature
  • Logging out services and products via our inhouse stock system
  • General admin & Receptionist duties
  • RMA Processing Router ordering
  • Project administration assistance
  • Billing queries with Vendors

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • An excellent phone manner.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
  • A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Previous experience within an administration role required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum NQF Level 6
