Telecoms Administrator

As a Telecoms Administrator your role will include:
- Order Processing using our in-house CRM.
- Processing contract forms for signature
- Logging out services and products via our inhouse stock system
- General admin & Receptionist duties
- RMA Processing Router ordering
- Project administration assistance
- Billing queries with Vendors
Required Skills and Abilities:
- An excellent phone manner.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Previous experience within an administration role required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum NQF Level 6
About the Position:
- Hours of work: 9 to
- Salary: Market Related and commensurate with applicants past work experience and skill level
