RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting Office 365 Tenants
  • Experience in installing and supporting Windows Servers and the respective services that fall part of the Windows Server operating system.
  • Group Policy design and configuration
  • Administer Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Responsible for Server & Desktop Support (Office & Production network)
  • Proactively manage network systems, including switches and WIFI access points.
  • Solid understanding of IPv
  • Perform disaster recovery operations
  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation of infrastructure environment
  • Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor escalations
  • Carry out special tasks at Management's direction
  • Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
  • Responsible for capacity, storage planning
  • Daily System Maintenance (Office & Production network), including devicesstatus, backup log, antivirus log, security access log, any other check itemsaccording to relevant procedure, etc.
  • System Patch Management
  • Network Installation and Troubleshooting.
  • PC & IT's peripherals installation and troubleshooting
  • Security protection for sensitive information/data
  • Ensure all processes are complying with security regulations.
  • Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multilayered client serverenvironment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and spoken English language
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin Chinese
  • Matric Certificate
  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge of desktop, server and network hardware, systems and services.
  • Extensive knowledge in Cloud computing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent administration, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and solutionsdriven
  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Selfmotivated
  • Own Transport

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R30, R35,000.00 per month
