Experience running sizable influencer campaigns with budgets ranging from 50k to 250k+ from start to finish, including managing approximately 30+ influencers simultaneously across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.

Digital fluency - confident in speaking to and educating about the rapidly changing digital landscape, including platforms, technology and influencer innovations
Managing internal and external resources
Ability to assess a brand's overall marketing mix and develop scaled multidimensional focused influencer programs, including paid activations on influencer content
Strong relationships with talent representation and influencer networks
A good understanding of paid media as it pertains to the utilisation of influencer content
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators
Craft exciting and innovative influencer strategies and proposals.
Onboard and brief selected influencers to the campaigns and client briefs.
Coordinate the deliverables on the campaign brief.

Deliver insightful reporting once equipped with all the data tools required to track and report on a campaign and see beyond the data and deliver actionable insights on the campaign and potential future projects.

Oversee the strategy for influencers, creating a diverse influencer program to achieve business and brand goals
Lead all influencer marketing and community management, working to drive brand representation through authentic social interactions while optimising for growth
Identify new opportunities for utilizing and partnering with influencers across channels
Work directly with influencers to negotiate terms, set campaign details, coordinate and review content
Support campaign managers in effective and efficient project management across campaigns
Collect and analyse platform analytics to support campaign learnings
Conduct weekly check-ins with the team to discuss campaign updates, industry news, etc.
Assist in managing department budgets and negotiating influencer renewals and/or contracts

Skills:


Have a deep understanding and interest in social media strategy and all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.

Strong communication skills.
Strong analytic and reporting skills and comfort with social media metrics
Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and ability to work independently and as a team leader

The position requires strong administrative and communications skills, an aptitude for multi-tasking and a team player with a positive attitude who can effectively work across internal functions.

You have a true passion for and understanding of influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms, and how they can be leveraged as part of a brands growth strategy
Thorough understanding and experience in influencer social analytics related to the selection and evaluation of the right influencers to meet campaign objectives
Two + more years of experience in the influencer marketing space (agency preferable).
