Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies for Facebook campaigns based on client objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify relevant keywords, audience segments, and competitive landscape.

Campaign Setup and Execution:

  • Create and set up ad campaigns across Facebook, including campaign structure, ad groups, targeting options, and ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, making adjustments as needed to optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Utilise datadriven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Be proactive with any "red flags" making a plan to optimise results based on data and scheduling your own workload.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign performance, addressing inquiries, building relationships and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications and key skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing Facebook Ads, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Kept abreast of Meta
  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager.
  • Indepth understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and clients.
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Above average Design skills
  • Experience in the property industry is a bonus.

  • ADSL/Fibre line with a minimum of 50 mbps line
  • Headphones for use with our VOIP system
  • Antivirus installed
  • UPS/Backup battery for load shedding
  • NON NEGOTIABLE

09:00 - 13:00 UK Time
