As a Tender Administrator and Personal Assistant to the Technical Director of a large electrical engineering company, your responsibilities will likely encompass a wide range of tasks.

Tender Administration:
Manage the entire tender process, including researching and identifying tender opportunities.

Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with the requirements.

Track and monitor tender progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

Maintain tender documentation and files.

Personal Assistant Duties:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Technical Director, managing their schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Conduct research and gather information for various projects and assignments.

Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the Technical Director and internal/external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and other employees.

Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, and prepare meeting minutes.

Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

Information Management:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.

Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Manage databases and record-keeping systems.

Special Projects:
Assist in special projects, such as research initiatives, process improvement, or new business development efforts.

Coordinate and support the implementation of new systems or procedures.

Provide support in analyzing data and preparing reports for decision-making.
