Job Summary:


Provides administrative and logístical support to the entire Supply Chain Team, which includes general administrative support, keeping minutes, and control document reproduction facilities.

Ensure that tender and Procurement documents are properly filed and well administered. Attend to audit matters including resolution control on company audit findings. Providing support on FMC matters.

Qualification:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
  • Diploma in related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years administrative related experience in a governancecontrolled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ACCOUNTABILITY:


  • Provide administration support to all the sections within Supply Chain
  • Ensure that confidential documents are properly safeguarded
  • Ensure that proper filling system is maintained
  • Ensure an efficient document reproduction facility
  • Help with the coordination and compilation of the SCM reports
  • Ensure that SLA's with all the customers of SCM are drafted and properly kept
  • Exude professional spirit at all times.
  • Ensure that the Switchboard is staffed at all the times
  • Ensure that the Reception area is always welcoming to customers of SCM
