We are currently recruiting a Senior Electronic Records & Archiving Specialist with OpenText Archive Center experience of at least 7 years to manage and drive the division and team to ensure optimum uptime.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

OpenText Archive Center Certification
-
IT Degree or National Diploma Essential

  • Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Grade 12

KEY EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum of 7+ experience in OpenText Archive Center

  • Knowledge of Documentum, SAP Connectors and Captiva will be advantageous

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • As Senior eRecords & Archiving Specialist, you will be responsible for system administration, designing and implementing robust Document Management System (DMS)
  • Provide direction and work with junior team to manage and drive optimum uptime
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to perform requirements gathering and design DMS solutions that meet business needs
  • Implement best practices for DMS development, including version control, testing, and documentation

Salary:
Up to R1,00 per month
