About the Role:


In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that financial documentation is retrieved and organized in a timely manner in order to support data conversion.

This includes matching data points across systems to ensure documentation consistency and accuracy, data entry, indexing and uploading files. This is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital archiving of various financial documentation
  • Effectively navigate manager portals to ensure all documentation is processed accordingly.
  • Contribute to low risk administrative projects.
  • Perform audits and other quality control functions for the content set.
  • Comply with all documentation policies, standards and processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Relevant completed Diploma / undergraduate degree preference in Finance / Investment Analytics
years working experience in a similar environment.

  • 1+ years' experience within a Data Operations environment will be an advantage.
  • MS Excel skills and familiarity with database concept.

  • Proven demonstration of high accuracy levels and consistent production outputs in required timeframes.
  • High levels of focus and the ability to work with and accurately process large volumes of documentation.
  • Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly selfmotivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure.
