**About the Role**:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that financial documentation is retrieved and organized in a timely manner in order to support data conversion. This includes matching data points across systems to ensure documentation consistency and accuracy, data entry, indexing and uploading files. This is a permanent position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital archiving of various financial documentation
- Effectively navigate manager portals to ensure all documentation is processed accordingly.
- Contribute to low risk administrative projects.
- Perform audits and other quality control functions for the content set.
- Comply with all documentation policies, standards and processes.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Relevant completed Diploma / undergraduate degree - preference in Finance / Investment Analytics
- 1 - 3 years working experience in a similar environment.
- 1+ years’ experience within a Data Operations environment will be an advantage.
- MS Excel skills and familiarity with database concept.

- High levels of focus and the ability to work with and accurately process large volumes of documentation.
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure.
