Requirements:

  • BTech or first degree relevant to immovable property management
  • Two (2) to five (5) years' or more relevant experience in a property
management or related field.

  • Knowledge of Local Government, municipal functions and related
legislation and policies.

  • Good knowledge of property industry, understanding of property
trends and property market.

  • Knowledge of the corporate governance principles
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Computer proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
Key Performance Areas

  • Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance
of the appropriate planning processes and structural elements for

the effective execution and replication of optimisation and

rationalisation exercises of immovable property assets.

  • Assist with the planning, facilitating and execution of optimisation
and rationalisation projects and exercises.

  • Assist with the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on optimisation
and rationalisation projects and exercises.

  • Assist with the development and documentation of a body of
knowledge on optimisation and rationalisation of deployment use,

management and control of CCT immovable property assets.

  • Assist with stakeholder interface and engagement.
