You'll be the key link between our Panel and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and mutual understanding.


Your core mission? To excel in delivering and managing custom data collection, while actively supporting the growth of our panel and recruiting enthusiastic panelists.

Plus, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing talent for exciting custom projects and spearheading data collection efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute multiple quick turnaround projects handson.
  • Personally recruit Pack members to actively participate in data collection.
  • Curate and nurture Pack members to foster ongoing engagement and participation.
  • Coordinate and assign panellists for ad hoc requests and custom projects.
  • Manage and coordinate logístical access for data collection, including communication with panelists to ensure research responses' quality and availability.
  • Offer support during data collection by capturing detailed digital experience data, working directly with panellists to gather valuable insights.
  • Conduct feasibility checks using panel access and recruiters, providing costings to
support custom fieldwork proposals.

  • Drive panel growth and niche data collection capabilities through innovative incentives, referrals, social media marketing, and building strong relationships with thirdparty vendors and recruiters.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed through regular communication and updates, and when necessary, engage with external clients to provide project status and insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Required experience of 35 years in market research project or fieldwork management. Previous experience in online participant panel management is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in data delivery and data capture techniques.
  • Demonstrated strong project management and documentation skills.
  • Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring topnotch quality management.
  • Exceptional multiple stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Wellversed in working within fastpaced environments, handling multiple projects and workstreams efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various data collection platforms, project management tools, and digital technology.
