Summary of the role

We're on the search for a Community Manager who is experienced in brand building and has a knack for growing online communities.

You will combine communication, marketing, and social media management skills to deliver the strategy for our brands' complete digital presence across various different platforms and touch points, including interacting with consumers, curating and promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, coordinating messaging across the different mediums and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Working alongside our marketing team, you will collaborate closely to cultivate a lively and interconnected ecosystem of individuals who share our passion for holistic wellbeing.

As the linchpin between our Institute and our online community, you will harness your expertise to create genuine connections, drive meaningful conversations, and propel the InUWell brand to new heights.

Key responsabilities:

As a dynamic Community Manager at InUWell, you'll be entrusted with a multifaceted role that spans various key areas. Your responsibilities encompass strategic planning, creative execution, and collaborative engagement across a range of platforms and initiatives.

Key elements of your role include:

  • Responsible for the creation of the marketing strategy for our community of customers with the end-to-end management of the process for both B2B and B2C consumers
  • Create and implement our online organic and paid digital strategy to amplify our audience growth, engagement, lead generation and brand awareness
  • Support with all web management and collaborate closely with our web support and ecommerce team to ensure a seamless online experience for community members and optimizing user journeys
  • Support the development and implementation of our marketing calendar and manage sign off process and daytoday activity
  • Work with the marketing team to create, curate, and manage all published content assets on social media with flawless execution including images, videos, written copy and more.
  • Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers
  • Work alongside the PR team, key stakeholders and various brand partners to ensure the seamless integration of our marketing plans
  • Support digital and inperson events and activations
  • Maintain a dashboard to track impact of various campaigns and utilize datadriven insights to continually refine and enhance community engagement strategies, tracking the effectiveness of various initiatives and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Work in tandem with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Track and deliver competitor analyses to identify areas of opportunity
  • Support with additional daily marketing activities where required
  • Proven experience in community management, engagement, and growth, with a track record of nurturing and expanding online communities through innovative strategies, partnerships, and engagement tactics.
  • Have experience in endtoend ownership of Social Media activity from campaign and budget planning, to high quality content creation and implementation
  • Experience in setting up and managing digital and social media paid ads is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in design tools such as Canva
  • Knowledge of web platforms and managing content
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with the ability to authentically engage with community members and convey the brand
