OPPORTUNITY


The Revenue Operations team supports and enables our sales teams to sell more efficiently by aligning operations, systems, and data that support revenue teams along the entire revenue cycle to generate more consistent and scalable growth.

We are responsible for managing sales data in our CRM (Salesforce), sales reporting, forecasting, sales org cadence, RFP responses and campaign orchestration.

We coordinate the sales territory alignment and operations and ensure pipeline discipline by regularly monitoring the health of our pipeline, sales enablement, and organising sales materials for sales representatives as needed.

You are all about ditching the data drudgery. You are an innovation champion who can redesign workflows to maximize efficiency and deliver impactful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales analytics, KPI report creation, dashboards, and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly, and adhoc basis.
  • Evaluating and improving Sales processes and systems by identifying areas of inefficiency in our sales process and proposing solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize metrics, and improve productivity
  • Drive sales data quality, and hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance
  • Support the creation, configuration, and generation of quotes using Salesforce CPQ
  • Work with crossfunctional teams including Marketing, Finance, Implementation, and Customer Success.
  • Be the goto expert on resources and tools
  • Partner directly with sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage projects, adding value and efficiency to prioritize deliverables and ensure quality is not compromised build reports, run analyses, build/present training, design workflows etc.


Sales techstack ownership
  • Implementation, integration, adoption, training, improvements, and iteration.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in a Revenue/Sales Operations or similar role*.
  • Highly analytical individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient user of analytical packages such as PowerBi, Tableau, MS Excel etc
  • Experience of either working for a Software Vendor, and/or experience of the financial services sector as a target market.
  • Handson experience of sales forecasting methodology and tools (e.g. Clari)
  • Commercial awareness of deal structure and able to use CPQ with confidence
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce including reports and dashboards functionality
  • Experience on Commission plan administration including knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Xactly)
  • Strong presentation skills with emphasis on creating compelling data visualizations.
  • Ability to create executivelevel presentation decks for business and strategic review meetings (e.g. QBRs)
  • Selfstarter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, startup paced environment.
  • Able to work in a team, be proactive and selfsufficient.
  • Attention to detail who enjoys proactively solving business problems
