Payroll Administrator Position at Our Company


We are currently in search of a Payroll Administrator responsible for overseeing our company's payroll processing and related functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Process and oversee all aspects of payroll, including hours calculation, deductions calculation, handling new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including tax and labor laws.
  • Stay informed about payroll regulation changes and adjust payroll systems and processes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting departments for precise and punctual payroll and benefits processing.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in payroll processing software and knowledgeable about payroll taxes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interaction concerning payroll and benefits.
  • Proficiency in SAGE 300 accounting software is a must.
