This role will report to the Sales Lead of Mr D.

Your duties will involve:

  • Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platform.
  • Help create and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Support Sales Area Leads in the restaurant sign-up process.
  • Be the primary point of contact for restaurant partners in assigned areas under the guidance of Sales Area Leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales Area Leads to enhance relationships with restaurant partners, tracking their business and store performance.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners.
  • Assist with any device-related queries from restaurant partners.
  • Deliver marketing material to various restaurants as needed.
  • Train restaurant staff on using the Mr D restaurant device.
  • Ensure strict standards are upheld during restaurant visits.

Key qualities required:

  • Understanding of the local restaurant landscape.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and drive for success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Own transport is a must.

Considered advantageous:

  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.

Qualifications:

  • Matric qualification.
  • At least 1 year of prior sales or account management experience.
