Duties:

Support the Sales Team with the implementation of client campaigns across various media owners.
Facilitate efficient booking of campaigns with all relevant media owners.
Ensure accurate delivery of campaign assets to the media owners before campaign "go-live" date.
Work closely with the Sales Execs to ensure media owners are briefed accurately, campaigns flighted and reports received.

Facilitate the implementation of the approved plan - which involves: liaising with relevant media owners, ensuring all necessary contracts are in place, facilitating payments, confirming flighting or delivery as required for all elements.

Maintain physical and electronic/telephonic contact with all clients/media owners on a continued basis.
Proactively, consistently, search for localized community initiatives for partnering with clients.
Ensure rate cards are always 100% accurate.
Ensure contact information is always 100% up to date.
Ensure media owner/client birthdays are acknowledged.
Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Meeting Planning, coordinating and minute taking.
Ensure accurate pricing on proposals.
Maintain filing system - both physical and electronic.
Efficient, accurate project record keeping.

Social media:

Work closely with the SM strategist and digital team to ensure posts are out timeously.
Ensure content is always professional and up to standard.
Brief the creative team on content where the need arises.
Come up with ideas for designed and user-generated content on a monthly basis.

Always stay on top of current affairs, important days of the year and content relating to our clients and media owners to share on SM.
