  • Managing Material yield (output vs input)
  • Ensuring quality products
  • Production planning skills
  • General admin and reporting duties
  • Bakery health and safety standards to be maintained
  • Food safety / HACCP knowledge / training
  • Maintain good housekeeping
  • Maintain existing recipes according to set standards
  • Compliance with equipment operating instructions
  • Knowledge of equipment cleaning and operating maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a highlypressured, timesensitive, multiproduct environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Leadership skills
  • Staff Management experience, including enforcement of discipline
  • Good communication skills
  • 35 years' experience in this position
