Outcomes:

  • Call leads from the lead list provided (approximately per week)
  • Connect with leads using LinkedIn
  • Utilizing cold outreach techniques to contact leads
  • Keep brief notes on phone calls
  • Set appointments with leads based on the manager's schedule
  • Generate 4 meetings minimum per month by leveraging:
  • 100 new messages per day minimum
  • Find your leads from free & paid audiences
  • Gather feedback and share updates with the team about your progress and what you think we can do to improve:
All necessary training & resources in order to make it easy for you will be provided.

Competences

  • Tech Savvy, detailoriented, people person, successdriven
  • Comfortable talking over the phone (You should become completely comfortable with your script, not reading in a rote manner)
  • Comfortable creating some content
  • High level of commitment and consistency
  • Indepth understanding of appointment setting

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English is required
  • 1 + years of customer service or appointmentsetting experience
  • Have experience with LinkedIn
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Need a good computer
  • Tracking the numbers and the performance of the appointment setting and sharing reports daily
  • Successdriven & Thinking like an owner
  • Be able to work in the EST timezone
