Accounts Payable Administrator (remote 3pm-11pm SA time)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Office Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function while also providing essential administrative support to the office.


Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Maintain vendor records, including accurate and up-to-date payment terms and contact information.
Prepare and process payments, such as checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address payment-related queries and resolve outstanding payment matters.

Office Administration:
Manage general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and generating reports as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative tasks.
