Job Summary:


Totalstay is seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to support the CEO and senior management team in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to manage the day-to-day operations of the company and drive key initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team, providing recommendations on operational and strategic matters
  • Work with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement business plans and initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure that business operations are aligned and executed effectively
  • Manage communication and information flow between the CEO and senior leadership team, including preparing reports, briefings, and presentations
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the CEO's schedule and priorities, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Drive the development and implementation of key performance metrics and tracking systems to measure business performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform decisionmaking
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Experience with financial analysis and budget management is preferred
  • Experience with aparthotel management is a plus

Salary:
R50, R70,000.00 per month
