The ideal candidate will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Engage in Cold Calling, converting outbound leads into sales to meet predefined quantity and quality targets.
  • Provide customers with guidance, product information, and aid in decision-making.
  • Contact potential OUTsurance clients via telephone, showcasing the product benefits and adhering to set quality standards to capture interest.
  • Maintain a solid product knowledge base to furnish customers with accurate information.
  • Apply persuasion tactics to effectively close sales when required.
  • Handle customer inquiries courteously, professionally, and promptly via phone and email.
  • Strive to meet individual and team sales objectives with accountability.
  • Collaborate as a team member and engage in activities that support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Matriculation Certification
  • Successful completion of the FAIS Regulatory Exam
  • Recognized Qualification relevant to prior advisory roles

Experience:

  • Prior experience in Call Center Telesales
  • Background in the short-term insurance sector is advantageous
